I love the surfer just heading out of the frame in this one. :)
The weather was perfect. The sun was warm and there was a perfect breeze. Christy was one of my clients from last year, and it was so good to see her again with her sweet family. Their daughter is 2 and therefore very independent with ideas of her own. I loved her parents' attitude, "It's a Stella year." Christy is so sweet- such a warm person and I am so glad we could meet up again, this year in Huntington.

Oh, I love the shot of the family walking away under the pier - the matte sand, the reflecting smooth water, then the rough blue water. Plus the repeating, gorgeous pillars. I never thought it could feel so magical underneath an old pier!
